IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOU AND YOUR ELITE DANCER:

BE SHOW READY!

1. Dancers arrive 30 mins prior to show time IN FULL COSTUME SIGN IN AT THE "CHECK IN DESK".

2. Dancers will be taken to the dressing room, and will remain there until the end of the show - live video is supplied so that the dancers can watch the performance as it happens. Supervision is done by ELITE staff only.

3. NO parents backstage at any time.

4. NO Dancers will be released prior to the grand finale (No exceptions).

5. No personal belongings needed backstage.

6. Dancers with costume changes must bring all necessary costume pieces with them at the time of check in.

7. In the case of an emergency you will be contacted directly by the THEATRE MANAGER.

8. No food/drink in the theatre

9. No flash photography / video allowed

10. Dancers will be released through the backstage doors on either side of the stage immediately following the full cast grand finale.
